We don't have a complicated support policy. In fact, our policy is a very simple one: We're not happy until you're happy.
Many companies are out there selling phones and other equipment to dealers like you all the time, but we like to consider ourselves a little bit different. For us, the sale doesn't end when you buy something. If you're not happy, we're not happy and we will go out of our way for you to make things right. Whether it's a "big thing" or a "little thing," anything that's making you unhappy is something we're ready, willing, and able to assist you with. No one in the business is as dedicated to your satisfaction as we are.
Our Promise
